Dr Brooking and his staff are so great!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Brooking. He is truly the most caring, sympathetic, kind, and helpful doctor I have ever had. I would give him 100 stars.

I love my doctor Sharon Rae Healy. She genuinely listens to concerns, and explains treatment options clearly. She also has a great communication skills. I highly recommend her!

I had a phone visit with Dr. Brian Zeranski April 2026. He was very supportive and put my mind at ease. I thought my situation could be serious, but he explained otherwise and suggested an OTC product to reduce/eliminate symptoms and it helped a lot. I also very much like my primary Physician, Dr. Odum. Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff.

Typical greedy private insurance company. I pay a lot per month for good coverage. I went to a telehealth provider, grow therapy, that was advertised on Kiaser's site. I searched for telehealth providers by "telehealth therapy that takes Kaiser." Anyway go to six sessions it's covered in full and then all the sudden I get billed for the full amount for 4 sessions. It's great because they waited just long enough to stop covering my visits that I developed a good relationship with my therapist. I've had to stop sessions altogether because I can't afford $200 bucks a week out-of-pocket. But does Kaiser care? No. They've told me that it will take up to a month for claims to get back to me. So for right now I'm in the hole for the better part of $1000 for appointments that we're supposed to be covered and I've had to stop going to therapy altogether. Private insurance companies like Kaiser make more decisions about patient care than doctors do. I can't believe Americans have even put up with this third party health insurance scam for so long. This is why we pay more for health care than any other country and still have a garbage healthcare system. Boo! You guys are the freaking worst! S

Thank you Dr Friesen and her medical student for taking the time to listen and help develop a treatment plan and provide appropriate referrals. It always feels good to really be heard by your provider. Thanks to Angie, MA for being upbeat and so nice.
